Gorontalo – Provincial Gov’t is fully supporting the upcoming Gebyar Ketupat Festival on April 7 to 9, 2025. To enliven and being visitors attraction during Lebaran, provincial gov’t provide UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) booths and also buffalo and horse cart racing and health posts enliven the the Lebaran Ketupat tradition of the Jawa-Tondano (Jaton) community.
Masran Rauf, the Governor’s Expert Staff for Government, Law and Politics, when being interviwed stated that Governor hope this celebration will also boost the enthusiasm of small businesses, with gov’t taking responsibility for their respective areas. He delivered this after the Gebyar Ketupat 2025 preparation meeting held at Governor’s office, on thursday (March 20, 2025).
The MSMEs Expo, organized by provincial working units (OPD) in the parking area of the Yosonegoro horse racing arena, Limboto sub district Gorontalo regency and for health posts will be set up at several locations, including Yosonegoro Market, Al-Maghfirah Mosque (Reksonegoro), the Setia Mandiri Building Complex, and at the horse racing venue for the full three days of the festival.
Visitors are encouraged not only to attend but also to explore and support local MSMEs products.
