Boalemo Regency, Kominfotik – At the initial discussion, the acting governor Rudy Salahuddin stated that it is important for government officers (ASN) to participate due to skill enhancing for a high perfomance through self-training and formal education.
Rudy also added that to whom who do not enhance their skill, allowance deductions will be applied to them who do not participate in competency development this is in line with the Governor’s regulation number 1 of 2025 ; allowance deductions will be applied to ASN to whom do not participate in competency development.
On that occasion, accompanying the governor there were also all working unit’s head attending the initial meeting.
