Kota Gorontalo, Kominfotik – Hundreds of Hajj candidate from Gorontalo with the congregation who are members of the flying group (kloter) 29 Embarkation Ujung Pandang (Makassar), which consists of 391 people. Hasanah Karim (84) the oldest one who is from Gorontalo regency and Silvana Nurain Mahmud (20) from Bone Bolango regency. Silvana who has registered since she was on (8) got an additional funds from her parents, she is able to register for Hajj and had the opportunity to go to the Holy Land during the 2023 hajj pilgrimage.

Based on the data of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion in Gorontalo that
the congregation of the 29th Embarkation in Ujung Pandang departed from Djalaludin Tantu Airport in Gorontalo themed “Haji Ramah Lansia” included 391 hajj candidate mostly aged 65 years old and tens of wheelchairs available for all pilgrims in need in Hajj dormitory. And
the congregation of the 29th Embarkation in Ujung Pandang departed from Djalaludin Airport in Gorontalo using a Lion Air flight on a flight at 10.45 WITA and leaving for Jeddah on July 13 th at 17 45 WITA by Garuda Indonesia airlines.
