GORONTALO CITY , Public Relation – Gorontalo Civil Apparatuses (PNS) held Flag Ceremony to commemorate Indonesia’s 74th Independence Day at Purbakala Museum yard, the acting (Plh) Provincial Secretary Sukri Botutihe acted as a Ceremony Inspector.
On that occasion, Syukri was representating Gorontalo Governor, Rusli Habibie, delivered speech that the meaning of Independence is not only the end of the struggle. According to him Independence is such as a human right equals with the 1945 constitution of the Republic of Indonesia
On this occasion, Sukri also encouraged all civil apparatuses must be a good role model for Gorontalo people in order to enhance the human resources quality, competitiveness, and Gorontalo’s potentials through its strategic programs, by avoiding drugs, alcohols, gambling, couple-cheating, illegal levies (pungli) and not to upload hoax news in social media.
At the same place, he also gave symbolically Satya Lencana reward to some outstanding civil apparatuses (PNS) for 10 years service period, 20 years period and 30 service period and reward to those that entering pension period
