Gorontalo City, Kominfotik – Vice Governor Idah Syahidah Rusli Habibie greeted and interact directly with local MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) entrepreneurs at Light Festival ‘Green Tumbilotohe’ in Siendeng sub district, Gorontalo City, on wednesday, March 27, 2025.

On this occasion, Vice Gov Idah who was previously a council woman, greeted residents there and taste some various snacks they had prepared.
Accompanying Vice Gov.Idah there was also Head of the Provincial Tourism Office, Aryanto Husain, Idah’s first stop was a traditional live snack cooking demonstration such as Sabongi, Popolulu, Kala-Kala, fried bananas, and other local food.

Aryanto Husain stated that
the Green Tumbilotohe Festival is aimed to entertain visitors with an experience of enjoying traditional Ramadan treats while evoking nostalgia for the past Ramadan atmosphere. The festival featured traditional bottle lamps such as tohe tutu, padamala, tonggoloopo, and alikusu, showcasing Gorontalo local wisdom.

Light Festival ” Green Tumbilotohe Festival” held
three days before Eid al-Fitr from march 26 to 28, 2025, throughout the province.
