JAKARTA, Diskominfotik – It is such an honor to have our work published in a highly prestigious – just like Fachriel Djou, talented-young designer from Gorontalo.

Finally, Fachriel’s dream come true, he is one of the thirteen local Gorontalo designers who will be showing his 10 designs off at Indonesia Fashion Week (IFW) 2023 from 22nd-26th February compete with senior designers.

“Since I was in a junior school, I have dreamed of becoming a fashion designer. I do designs and illustrations. When I graduated from junior high school, I told my parents even though I doubted  it won’t be acceptable due to in embroidering karawo is such a women’s job. I thank the lord my parents turned out to be supportive,” Fachriel expressed.
