GORONTALO CITY, Kominfotik – Thousands of Civil Servants (ASN) within the Gorontalo Provincial Government participated in a community service event (kerja bakti) along the Patung Langga Bypass road to the Gorontalo Governor’s Office on Friday (April 10, 2026). The cleanup was conducted to support the “Indonesia ASRI” (Aman, Sehat, Resik, dan Indah—Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful) Movement initiated by President Prabowo Subianto.

In his remarks during the event, Gorontalo Governor Gusnar Ismail stated that the deployment of civil servants aims to motivate and serve as a role model for the community in maintaining environmental cleanliness. It is hoped that the involvement of civil servants will be able to influence the behavior of all parties to achieve a sustainable “ASRI” environment.

Gusnar added that this “Indonesia ASRI” movement action would not strictly be a weekly routine for civil servants, but rather will be organized with rotating locations.

”It could be that in a week or 10 days, we will move to another location. We will continue to develop these patterns to ensure the success of this national movement in Gorontalo,” he said.

At the end of his remarks, Governor Gusnar requested all civil servants to viralize the “Indonesia ASRI” movement through social media. Gusnar noted that actions shared via social media status updates would serve as an effective means of socialization.
