GORONTALO CITY, Kominfotik – The Gorontalo Provincial Government has begun implementing the Civil Servant Profiling (Aparatur Sipil Negara – ProASN) assessment at the Gorontalo Technical Implementation Unit Office of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN). The assessment is attended by 346 Primary High Leadership Officials, Administrators, Supervisors, as well as several Functional and Executive Officials.
The assessment will take place over three days: November 6, 7, and 10, 2025. The second day’s assessment was conducted in two sessions, with 100 participants per session, each lasting four hours.
”For the placement of Primary High Leadership positions, we will certainly take it from the results of this assessment. We will look at the profile and competence. Likewise, for the Administrator and Supervisor officials, we will try to see what the mapping looks like,” said Gorontalo Governor Gusnar Ismail after monitoring the second day of the ProASN assessment, Friday (7/11/2025).
Gusnar explained that the assessment results will later be matched with positions in the new Organizational Structure and Work Procedures (SOTK) within the Gorontalo Provincial Government, which has been received from the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Governor added that this SOTK is currently being re-consulted by the Gorontalo Provincial Regional Legislative Council’s Special Committee to obtain technical considerations before being established as a regional regulation.
The ProASN assessment aims to measure psychological potential, managerial and socio-cultural competence, digital literacy, and career preferences to support the development and implementation of the national Talent Management system. ProASN is part of the national program to accelerate the provision of data on the potential and competence of civil servants, initiated by BKN.
