On this occasion, Gusnar delivered that organizational challenges in the current era are increasingly complex, requiring a structured and relevant cadre development and Gov also added that HMI immediately design a systematic cadre development program. He even said that provincial gov’t will provide facilities such as a place, bathrooms, toilets, and a space that is adequately representative for basic training activities.
