JAKARTA CITY, Kominfotik – For the next five years,infrastructure development programs in Gorontalo province will get support from Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), Minister AHY expressed his commitment support during a meeting with Gorontalo Governor Gusnar Ismail, at his office. (April 15, 2025).
In order to boost economy growth and Gorontalo development Minister AHY will provide support some priority infrastructure programs such as upgrading Djalaludin Airport to support Hajj embarkation, Bulango Ulu Dam, Simpang Lima Telaga flyover, GORR (Gorontalo Outer Ring Road), Randangan Weir, and reconstruction of infrastructure damaged by natural disasters, all is aimed to Gorontalo welfare and residents can feel real changes and this will be an inprovement in catching up after separating from North Sulawesi.
On that occasion, Gov Gusnar also presented six priority programs, one of them is the construction of the Simpang Lima Telaga flyover, a new initiative proposed by the Provincial Gov’t under the leadership of Governor Gusnar Ismail.
According to Gov.Gusnar it is urgently needed due to the current traffic congestion during peak hours.
Attending the meeting there were also Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development along with Deputy 1, Deputy 3, and special staff members relevant to the programs.
