Provincial Government Signs MoU with BPSDM Komdigi RI

​Jakarta, Kominfotik – The Gorontalo Provincial Government, through the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) and the Communication and Informatics Office (Kominfotik), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the BPSDM of the Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as 35 other strategic partners. The signing took place at FX Sudirman, Senayan, Jakarta, on Friday (11/21/2025).

​The MoU was signed directly by the Deputy Governor of Gorontalo, Idah Syahidah Rusli Habibie, and witnessed by the Minister of Communication and Digital of the Republic of Indonesia, Meutya Hafid.

​The Head of the Gorontalo Provincial Kominfotik Office, Sri Wahyuni D. Matona, who accompanied the Deputy Governor, stated that this collaboration is highly strategic, especially in facing budget efficiency measures in 2026.

​”With budget efficiency, several activities have the potential to be postponed. Through cooperation with Komdigi, we have the opportunity to continue running priority programs, especially the improvement of HR quality,” explained Sri Wahyuni.

​The Head of Kominfotik added that improving HR capacity in the field of information and communication technology is one of the flagship programs of the Governor and Deputy Governor. In 2026, this program will not only target Civil Servants (ASN) but also MSME actors, students, and the general public.

​In the same location, the Head of the Gorontalo Provincial BPSDM, Budiyanto Sidik, mentioned that the collaboration with Komdigi over the past few years has resulted in various digital training programs in Gorontalo.

​He revealed that the training segmentation is very broad and not limited to ASN. In the 2023–2024 period, the total program funding disbursed by Komdigi for Gorontalo Province reached almost Rp2 billion (approximately 2 billion Indonesian Rupiah).

​Budiyanto also mentioned the latest training that will soon be held in collaboration with the Kominfotik Office, which is training on the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for government administration. Similar training was also carried out three months ago.

​This cooperation between the Gorontalo Provincial Government and BPSDM Komdigi is expected to strengthen the digital HR ecosystem in the region and support the acceleration of digital transformation as part of the national agenda.
