North Gorontalo Regency, Kominfotik – Nanati Jaya Village in Gentuma Raya District, North Gorontalo Regency, has been selected as one of three villages to be assessed as an anti-corruption pilot village in Gorontalo Province. This program, a collaboration between the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the regional government, was assessed by the Anti-Corruption Village Replication Team on Tuesday (October 7, 2025).

The event was attended by North Gorontalo Deputy Regent Nurjanah Hasan Yusuf, Assistant III of the Gorontalo Provincial Regional Secretariat Misranda Nalole, the Head of Gentuma Raya District, and the Provincial Assessment Team, which included members from the Inspectorate, the Village and Community Empowerment Agency (Dinas PMD), and the Communication and Informatics Agency (Dinas Kominfotik). Also present were the North Gorontalo Regency Assessment Team, NGOs, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the residents of Nanati Jaya Village.

In his speech, Assistant III Misranda Nalole stated that Nanati Jaya Village was chosen after passing a selection process involving 15 villages across five regencies. The village was deemed to meet various administrative and factual indicators set by the KPK for the anti-corruption village replication program.

The assessment was conducted through several stages, starting with a question-and-answer session with the Village Government, BPD, and village partner institutions. This was followed by document verification to ensure compliance with the indicators and a direct visit to the community to confirm that the facts aligned with the data provided.

The assessment team consists of members from the Inspectorate, Dinas PMD, and Dinas Kominfotik from both Gorontalo Province and the local regency. All villages under assessment were required to upload supporting documents no later than one day before the scheduled visit.
