Vice Gov. Idah Syahidah expressed this while accompanying the Head of the Indonesian State Civil Service (BKN RI) at the inauguration of the National Civil Servant Office (BKN) supporting unit office for Gorontalo.

Meanwhile Vice Gov Idah delivered in front of the BKN’s head that the Provincial government currently implemented a five-day working with Friday designated as a work-from-anywhere day to prioritize goal achievement and the transformation of Human Resource (HR) management focuses on managing HR as resilient human capital, not just as a resource, so they can provide long-term benefits for both the organization and the nation. Vice Gov Idah also informed Zudan Arif that Gorontalo Province had achieved a “Excellent” rating with a score of 327 in the implementation of civil servant management. This achievement exempts the province from the requirement to fill Senior Executive Positions (JPT) through an open selection process. Idah also added that the upcoming assessment for primary high-ranking and administrative officials, need support from Mr.Zudan.
